Booking Policy – The Restful Sauna We offer a space to slow down, warm up and rest. Please read before attending. Bookings & Arrival All sessions must be booked in advance with full payment. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to change and settle in. Late arrival may shorten your session. Age Restriction The Restful Sauna is for guests aged 16 and over only. Cancellations Changes or cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations, missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable. What to Bring Please bring: * Swimwear * Two towels (one large towel to sit on and one to dry with) * Flip-flops to wear outside the sauna * Water * Warm layers for afterwards Health & Safety By booking, you confirm that you are fit to use the sauna and cold plunge and have read the Sauna Waiver & Health Declaration. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition affected by heat or cold exposure, please seek medical advice before attending. Swimming or dipping in the pond is strictly prohibited. Sauna Etiquette Please keep voices low and be respectful of others. * Sit on a towel at all times. * No food, drinks, glassware or phones inside the sauna. * Shower before entering the cold plunge. * Please do not enter the plunge wearing lotions, oils, fake tan or other skincare products. Weather & Right of Refusal We operate in most weather conditions. If a session is cancelled due to extreme weather, you will be offered a reschedule or refund. The Restful Sauna reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if a guest appears unfit to participate, is under the influence, behaves in an unsafe manner or acts in a way that disrupts the experience of others.
