**SAUNA BOOKING POLICY**

Booking Policy – The Restful Sauna

We offer a space to slow down, warm up and rest. Please read before attending.

Bookings & Arrival
All sessions must be booked in advance with full payment. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions run on time and late arrival may shorten your experience.

Cancellations
Changes or cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

What to Bring
Swimwear must be worn at all times. Please bring two towels (one to sit on, one to dry), water, and warm layers for afterwards.

Getting changed
There are limited communal changing facilities - You can change and leave your belongings in unit 14, next to the sauna, and bring valuables into the sauna area where they will be kept safe. You can also use the toilet facilities to change if you prefer privacy.

Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm you are fit to use the sauna and plunge and you have read the waiver form. Do not attend if under the influence of alcohol or drugs, pregnant without medical advice, or with unmanaged health conditions affected by heat or cold. If unsure, please seek medical advice.

Move gently between heat and cold. Limit sauna time to 10–20 minutes, enter the plunge slowly, and keep exposure brief. Stay hydrated and listen to your body at all times.
*Swimming or dipping in the pond is strictly prohibited.

Use at Own Risk
Use of the sauna and plunge pool is at your own risk. By attending, you accept these risks and agree to follow all guidance.

Group Bookings
The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of and agree to these guidelines.

Weather
We operate in most conditions. If we cancel due to extreme weather, you’ll be offered a reschedule or refund.

Right of Refusal
We may refuse entry or end a session if a guest appears unfit, under the influence, or behaves unsafely. No refunds will be issued.

Sauna Etiquette & Care
This is a calm, shared space—please keep voices low and be respectful of others. Sit on a towel, no food inside, and limit phone use. You’re welcome to add water to the stones—pour gently and with care. Please do not touch the stove. Steam should be present, but not overwhelming. Move with care, follow guidance, and share the experience considerately.

If you need first aid for any reason then please ask.
