Saffron Thai Yoga Massage

A shorter relaxing and releasing neck and head massage that focusses on slow, gliding movements to help release tightness around the muscles and fascia. Energy lines on the neck and head are worked alongside acupressure points specifically relating to neck pain, tension and headaches. Gentle neck stretches are also applied. This treatment also covers some acupressure points on the face.

This massage is performed FULLY CLOTHED. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. A wide necked top is best to gain full access to all areas of the neck. Oils are  used on the neck and face unless specifically requested.
