If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

All appointments are paid for in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation charge, with the remaining 50% refunded.

Please understand that late cancellations mean I have very little opportunity to fill your appointment time and this has a direct impact on my small business.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and no refunds will be issued.

Late shows - If you arrive late, I will do my best to provide your full treatment, however, if I have appointments booked after yours, I may need to shorten your treatment so that I remain on schedule. The full appointment fee will still apply.
