Service Description
Join us on the 10th July at The Restful Sauna as we welcome the lovely Molly from Heal Saunas, who will provide you with a beautiful 2 hour long, guided sauna ceremony. You will journey through the seasons whilst taking 15 minute rounds in and out of the sauna - combining the heat with the cool - connecting with your self, your breath and nature. Molly blends foraged medicinal herbs, skin scrubs and leaf whisks into the ceremony to leave your mind and body invigorated and cleansed. The whole experience will leave you calm and connected, rested and fully restored. Please bring 2 towels (one large towel to sit on, one to dry), water and swimwear.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, bookings for sauna ceremonies are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the ceremony may be rescheduled or refunded. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time to find us, get changed and use the facilities. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the ceremony has begun. By booking, you confirm that you have read the sauna waiver form, you are fit to participate in sauna and cold water activities and will take responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the session.
